After working with an online printing company and not receiving the quality I expected, someone recommended that I contact Elijah at Vitro Media Lab. I’m so glad I did. … He took the time to understand what I needed, provided excellent customer service, and delivered high-quality prints that exceeded my expectations.

Drop off or mail it in
Order online first, then get your items to the studio one of two ways.
Drop off in Lafayette
Bring your items to the studio in Lafayette by appointment. You’ll get a time when you order, and a receipt listing everything you left.
Mail it in from anywhere
Pack items snugly in a sturdy box with padding on every side, and put a copy of your order number inside. Use a tracked service. Your originals come back by $5 flat-rate shipping, or free hand delivery in Lafayette and West Lafayette.
Packing tapes and cassettes
Stand tapes upright in their cases, wrap the stack in bubble wrap, and keep them away from speakers and magnets in transit.

Questions
How big can my photo be printed?
It depends on the file. A typical phone photo prints well up to 8 × 10 and often larger. When you upload, the order form shows how sharp each photo will be at the size you picked.
Can I order a size that isn’t listed?
Yes. Pick Custom and enter any size from 4 × 4 to 13 × 19 inches. Custom sizes are priced by area, on a sliding scale between the standard sizes.
Can I get my prints framed?
Yes, in a thin black frame, in the standard sizes from 4 × 6 to 13 × 19. Choose “Add a frame” when you order, and a frame sized to fit is added for each print. Framed orders ship in a padded box, so shipping costs a little more; hand delivery in Lafayette and West Lafayette stays free.
Glossy or matte?
Glossy gives richer color and deeper blacks. Matte has no glare and is easier to frame behind glass. If you’re not sure, matte is the safer choice for framing and glossy for albums.
Can you print bigger than 13 × 19?
Yes. Canvas, large posters and banners are printed by a commercial print partner. Send the size you want for a quote.
Do you print artists’ work for sale?
Yes. Archival prints on fine art paper, in editions if you like. The artwork stays yours.
What is pen plotting?
A machine draws your design with a real pen, line by line. The result looks drawn by hand rather than printed, and suits line art and generative work.
Can you print something I designed in Canva?
Yes. Export it as a PDF or PNG at the largest size Canva allows, and upload it like a photo.
What if my file is too big to upload?
Tick “I’ll email my files after checkout” and send a download link (Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer) with your order number.
Is there a discount for large orders?
Yes. For 20 or more items, ask for a bulk quote before you order.
How long does it take?
One to two weeks for most orders, longer around the holidays. If you need it by a date, say so when you order.
