Why a care plan
A website isn’t finished at launch. WordPress and its plugins release updates every few weeks, and most of them are security fixes. Skipped updates are the most common way small business sites get broken into.
A care plan means someone checks those updates, keeps backups, and notices when something goes wrong, so you can get on with running your business.

Can you host a site Vitro didn’t build?
Yes, after a check of the site and its plugins.
What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring sends an alert, and the site gets looked at right away. With daily backups, it can be restored to the day before.
Is my email included?
Only if you add the Email option. If you already use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, that keeps working; the plan just covers the website.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Plans run month to month. If you leave, you get a full copy of your site and help moving it.
Is SEO reporting the same as SEO work?
No. The report shows how people find your site and what to fix. Larger SEO projects are quoted separately.
